Goba Care is hosting this Drum Dance to celebrate and honour the strengths of our cultures and ways of healing within Northern communities. All are welcome to attend.

Our Dene traditional drum is very meaningful to our healing journey. This event, for medical travel patients and escorts staying at Larga, will allow guests who cannot attend the drum dance to experience healing with a drum prayer song.

This Dene cultural teaching and prayer song will allow patients and healthcare partners to experience the power of our drum and to hear what life is like for us coming in from the far North for medical care.

In support of NWT wildfire evacuees there will be a Dene Drum Dance with NWT drummers at Bent Arrow Healing Society on Saturday, August 26th starting at 5 pm. Caribou soup, stew and bannock will be served!
